Типу, вони знають про неповороткість агентів і з 14 дня починають самі вирішувати питання по квитку.
А за 14+ днів стандартна відповідь "звертайтеся в агенство"

We kindly inform you that we have implemented a special procedure for our customers having active tickets for suspended flights between 15th of March and 28th of March.  
Your ticket can be rebooked free-of-charge for flights in the 29.03.2020 – 19.04.2020 time period (availability of seats required) or from 20.04.2020 to 31.05.2020 and 17.10.2020 – 13.12.2020 periods (the same booking class must be available).  


If you would like to rebook your ticket, please call our LOT Contact Center (numbers are listed below). We kindly request you to contact us with exact dates of new travel in order to quicken the process. 

Please be informed that we can also exchange your current tickets to vouchers. You may then request exchanging a voucher to other ticket within one year time period since the voucher will have been issued. Please confirm in a response to this message, if you would like to use such option.

The owner of Poland’s national airline LOT said on Monday it had pulled out of a deal to buy German rival Condor, raising the prospect of Berlin nationalising the troubled business.

Following the Polish government's decision to extend the suspension of air services until 9 May 2020 and in reference to the closure of the EU's external borders until 15 May 2020, LOT's passenger flights scheduled for 15 May 2020 have been cancelled.

To ensure the comfort of our Passengers, we have introduced the possibility of exchanging the ticket for a voucher, valid for a period of 2 years for all LOT flights. As part of a flexible ticket change, you can also choose a different date or route of the flight and get additional benefits.

Take your time before you make a decision. You have one year from the date of purchase of the original ticket to exchange your ticket for a voucher or select a new flight.

Take advantage of one of the options we have prepared for you:



1. Exchange your ticket for a voucher

Don't you have plans for a new trip yet? You can contact us within up to a year of purchasing the original ticket and get a voucher. The voucher will be valid for one year (12 months) from the date of issue. During this time, you can exchange the voucher for a new flight, which is scheduled within the next 12 months. Now the voucher can also be used as a gift for the nearest person - the value of the voucher can be used to purchase any number of tickets, and if the total amount is not used, the rest is returned as a new voucher.

The voucher is a flexible and fastest way to return a ticket. The process of issuing the voucher is partly automatic. The service of customers choosing the voucher has been significantly accelerated.

To exchange your ticket for a voucher, fill out the Reservation Change form. You will receive a confirmation of the exchange of your ticket for a voucher with your voucher number by e-mail. You can also exchange your ticket for a voucher by contacting our Contact Center or by visiting a LOT ticket office.

2. Reschedule your trip for another date and get an additional discount

You have one year from the date of purchase of the original ticket to contact us to change your departure date free of charge. You can choose a new travel date for up to one year from the original flight date. If you choose this option, you will receive from us an additional code entitling you to a 30% discount on your next LOT trip.

To change the date of your trip, fill in the Reservation Change form. You will receive confirmation of the change of your reservation by e-mail. You can also change the departure date by our Contact Center.

3. Change your route at a special price

You can also exchange your ticket for the cancelled flight for another ticket on a completely different route. If the new ticket is more expensive than the cancelled one, you will get a discount of 200 PLN for paying the price difference. You have one year from the date of purchase of the original ticket to contact us to change your departure date. You can book a new departure date for any time up to one year from the date of the original flight

To change your itinerary, fill out the Reservation Change form. You will receive a confirmation of the change of your travel route by e-mail. You can also change the route through our Contact Center.

Станом на сьогодні скасували лише квитки в одну сторону, що дивно(насправді не дуже), адже навіщо мені зворотні квитки якщо я не можу дістатись місця призначення.
Тепер чекатиму скасування зворотніх рейсів, і буду вирішувати що з ними робити.

Если рейсы оформлены одним бронированием, то ждать нет необходимости. Отмена даже одного рейса в бронировании позволяет оформить возврат или любые другие действия со всем бронированием.

Due to of the current situation on international aviation markets and with the comfort and safety of our Passengers being a priority, the Board of LOT Polish Airlines has decided to extend the suspension of air services until May 31st, 2020. Unfortunately for this reason, your flight has been cancelled.
