MU5735 crash / China Eastern has decided to ground its 107 Boeing 737-800s following the March 21st crash of #MU5735. There were 9 crew + 123 passengers on-board.

So , What can we note from the available data ?

✔ Deviation from Cruise !
Aircraft was cruising at an altitude of FL291 (29100 feet) until time 06:20:59Z , after which a sudden descent took place.
✔ Enormous Negative Vertical speed.
Expected , an initial Rapid descent with maximum Vertical speed (-30976 FPM) lasted about 10 seconds (From time 06:21:04Z to 06:21:14Z), after Cruise deviation.
During these 10 seconds, the effective nose down angle can be expected as more than 65 degrees , owing to the negative Vertical speed indicated.
✔ Cockpit tried to Control the Aircraft.
The cockpit might have struggled to bring the aircraft back to control from the time 06:21:19Z to 06:21:45Z , after which we can see Vertical speed as positive , i.e. 3520 FPM to 8448 FPM.
✔ Airframe Overspeed !
As we can note , the B737-800 aircraft had reached an Overspeed stage (590Kts) at 06:21:45Z , it is quite possible , some parts of the aircraft might have departed from the aircrafts (disintegration) , before terrain contact .
✔ Aircraft Non-controllable !
From time 06:22:21Z to 06:22:35Z and onwards , it is possible that the aircraft became non-controllable , and the negative vertical speed increased drastically again reaching -30976 FPM , in an intertia of complete nose dive
