Wizz Air Launches Major Two-Day Sale in Celebration of 21st Anniversary

Wizz Air, one of Europe’s leading low-cost carriers, has launched a major two-day ticket sale to mark its 21st anniversary. The promotion runs on May 19 and 20, 2025, and applies to all destinations across the airline’s network.

According to the airline, the sale covers all routes without any restrictions on travel dates or destinations. Discounts of up to 21% are available, although the exact savings vary depending on the selected route and travel date.

The discount applies to the base fare only and does not reduce mandatory administrative fees or the cost of any additional services purchased separately.

Travelers do not need a promotional code to take advantage of the offer. Discounted prices are automatically reflected when searching for flights on Wizz Air’s website or app.

Founded in Hungary in 2003, Wizz Air launched its first commercial flight on May 19, 2004, from Katowice, Poland. The airline is backed by U.S.-based private equity firm Indigo Partners and has grown to become a prominent player in the European budget travel market.
