KLM suspended customer care service via Twitter

KLM suspended customer care service via the social network Twitter from the 1st of May 2023.

“Due to the recent changes in Twitter’s terms and conditions, our customer service via this platform is currently unavailable”, says KLM on their Twitter official page.

According to KLM, Twitter direct messages no longer load in the airline’s protected customer care system, which has made it difficult for KLM to assist with questions related to personal information.

At the same time, KLM staff will answer the passengers who sent questions before the 1st of May.

KLM advises passengers to send their inquiries after the 1st of May through other available channels. There are phone, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
