Да просто если согласятся сделать рефанд, то не нужно будет тратить свое время идти в банк и писать заяву. А если уже сами скажут что идите пишите заяву на чарджбэк, тогда уже никуда не денешься. Да и по регламенту визы, вроде бы, прежде чем писать заявление на чарджбэк, необходимо попытаться связаться с вендором и попробовать решить вопрос с ним.

Да боюсь что любой банк потребует заявления на чердж бек, т.к. чарджбэк = расследование по транзакции, и почти все банки (по крайней мере на Украине) предусматривают штрафы в случае если расследование по транзакции докажет ее правомерность.

Я не могу понять, речь идет только о билетах на 3-6 февраля, или всех? Просто как-то странно вот это

В данном случае только венгерская сторона решает кому отдать высвободившиеся частоты или надо согласовывать и с украинской стороной?
